Miharu Nakamura (中村 美晴, Nakamura Miharu) is a central antagonist of Bleach: Next Generation and the lover of Sōsuke Aizen. She is a former Captain, but of which division has yet to be revealed.
Miharu is a sharp contrast to her lover, possessing long pure white hair and pink-violet eyes that are usually emotionless. She wears some of her hair tied back with a light colored ribbon whilst allowing strands to fall over her forehead in a fringe and two thick strands framing her face.
In place of wearing the Arrancar uniform, Miharu wears a white kimono tied closed with a large light purple obi, which she ties in the front: a trademark of prostitutes. Her kimono sleeves are long and cover her hands most of the time, and the bottom of her kimono is also long, covering her feet which are usually covered in white tabi and okobo. Her majestic appearance has earned her several titles like "Goddess of Purity". Her eyelashes are noticably thicker than most characters, and her eyebrows are also thinner.
PersonalityEditAs Aizen's lover and a ruler of Hueco Mundo, she is equally manipulative, deceitful, and polite as Aizen. She consistently speaks formally and usually in a monotone that lacks emotion of any kind. She rarely shows any worry for her safety or her subordinates' safety, severely lacking care and loyalty to them. When confronted, she acts entirely different from her lover, choosing to address the problem and do so whilst scolding the confrontee about being affected by emotions.
Although on the surface she appears as a female counterpart to her lover, she does seem to have some, though very little, genuine compassion and love. This is directed towards her lover and never towards one one of her subordinates or servants. She never places herself in a situation which requires to her show emotion or compassion of any kind, even when with Aizen.
While she does respect and feel strong love towards Aizen, she and him tend to argue from time-to-time, typically occurring when he kills someone that she feels he should have used longer. This demonstrates another one of her unique characteristics; she lacks fear of Aizen. She seems to understand this he is indeed powerful, but she lacks fear of this power.
According to Akiza Cifer, Miharu can stand "toe-to-toe" with Aizen because of her manipulative capabilities, deceit, and lack of fear. This is possibly a reason she is Aizen's lover altogether, as no-one else in the series can do this, even former subordinate, Gin Ichimaru.
